Allison Quigley

Allison Quigley serves as Director of Finance for The Barking Project, combining her professional background in finance with a genuine love for dogs and animal rescue. She joined the board in 2025 after volunteering at the organization’s annual event for several years, where she saw firsthand the impact the group has on both dogs and the families who adopt them. After helping raise a rescue dog and experiencing the joy it brought to her life, Allison was inspired to take on a larger role in supporting the organization’s mission.

In her day-to-day work, Allison is an Associate on the Debt Capital Markets team at Texas Capital. She enjoys bringing her financial expertise to The Barking Project, helping support the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability. For Allison, it’s especially meaningful to apply her professional experience in a way that directly contributes to something she cares deeply about—helping dogs find safe, loving homes.

Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Allison moved to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University and has called the city home ever since. She grew up with dogs and has always had a natural connection to them, which continues to inspire her involvement with The Barking Project. Outside of work and volunteering, Allison enjoys staying active and spending time on the water and in the mountains—whether that’s scuba diving, water-skiing, wakeboarding, or snow-skiing.
